Thoughts:

As I read abt Christian exorcism, one of the more interesting stuffs is that a lot of the rituals and even the language and even tools they use are like, straight up ripped from withcraft.

Bindings. Banishings. Amulets. Potions.

And extra fun? Some priests say the quiet part out loud. The enemy is magic. Magic must be expelled...

...but they bind it and twist it for their own purposes.

So okie. Hn. That in some ways simplifies things.

I will never not be annoyed that book stores put Wicca and other non-Christian witchy faiths in the "occult, UFO, and other stuffs" section.

Like okay, I'm not Wiccan? But Wicca is a legit faith based on much older practices and deities. They deserve to be treated with respect. As do all of the witchy faiths.

If u go to bookstores, tell them. If u run one, do better.
