Je me retrouve à boire de la bière plate parce que :
- j'ai décarbonaté ma bière pour mettre de l'azote dedans à la place
- mes cartouches de N2 (vrai azote, pas du N2O) rentrent pas dans la partie qu'il faut visser sur le siphon 😭

(j'aurais dû vérifier avant)

Et le café infusé à froid que j'ai préparé hier pour le week-end, bah ce sera sans azote aussi du coup

Cold brew still isn't my favorite way to drink coffee but I do like using my nitro keg. This is my second batch of the summer and this batch turned out much better than the first and seems to have taken the nitro a little better too. Also had a second attempt at a wild strawberry cold foam. It also turned out better and it wasn't eveb bad the first time. It tastes like a high-end strawberry milkshake 🍓

Recently at Dutch Bros I spotted them pouring my #NitroColdBrew from two cans into my one plastic cup. Literally paid them a premium to pour cans and create more waste. I hope at least the cans get recycled. I need to cut the middleman out. Ugh! #PartOfTheProblem
