I was going for a wander and looking for critters. It was all going well until I discovered my route along the Seawall interrupted by a previously unseen, murky, and wide inlet with no bridge and a No Trespassing sign on the other side.

In good news I did spot this well camouflaged #Nerita snail sitting on a rock when walking back the way I came.
