Don’t know which #shamisen genre you’re interested in (#jiuta, #nagauta, #Tsugaru, #jōruri, etc.), but here’s a Tsugaru style site with a fair amount of free lessons a available - https://bachido.com/school. For nagauta, this teacher in Tokyo accepts *only* foreign students and is super affordable - https://www.hougakushamisen.com/lessons. Both sites are in English. Now do this! 😃
