A very unique collection! I was just randomly exploring a neighborhood when I came across this house. These #Mini4WD cars (I think that's what they're called) are quite popular in #Japan. I've seen a huge indoor racing track for these cars, similar to a slot car track, and they can reach ridiculous speeds!

ファンブルン完成ー！
ウチの子の要望により、ゴールドカラーです
久しぶりのミニ四駆塗装だったけど、いい感じにできたと思う
ちなみにシートまわりの黒塗りはシタデルカラーの筆塗りです
しっかり見ても筆跡がわからないぞ
これがシタデルカラーの力だ！
＆僕の筆塗りスキルUP

ただ、がっつりトップコートしないとウチの子にガリガリにされてしまう…
室内遊び用にもう一台買おうかな…？

I guess I did an okay job for my first time airbrushing a plastic model body. There's a bit of orange peel and a bit of runs and a bit of too little paint, but it should set up a decent base coat for the colour coat to come. Now just to decide on colour. #ミニ四駆 #mini4wd #tamiya

I picked up an AliExpress knockoff #mini4wd (because they're cheap and also still making some of the early-90s style models) and found that it got crushed in transit.

This part of the motor mount broke off. I stuck it back on with Tamiya extra-thin quick-set cement and super glue, then stitched it up with a junk soldering iron tip. Holds the motor - and since this is likely to be a display/home model only, that's good enough.
