Ok. Fun idea for the Holiday Season...

Microgreen candy canes.

Get popcorn kernels, plant for microgreens (no nutrients or light... just water).

They create shoots that are whitish yellow. Not really green. But they are VERY sweet.

Dip the corn microgreens halfway into red food dye for color.

Then mix in fresh cut peppermint leaves.

Natural and healthy candy canes!!!
