They sort of got the idea that #MassMedia #ConstructsReality, & #MediaContent can be put into a different #Context from what it originally was intended. Eventually, I put it on #Vimeo. It is now a quaint artifact of another century. #MassMedia #MassMediaPrinciples #MediaLiteracy

BITD My #MediaLiteracy students were just getting started posting all sorts of things to YouTube with their phones, with no consideration of the impact. I gave them a lesson on creating & distributing #Media, and how it was easy to slip from #Consumer to #Distributor, then to a #Producer * #Creator. Most importantly, they could turn themselves into #Content, & as #MediaContent, the #Context could be modified. #Noseratu #BarneytheDinosaur #Surreal #Video #ShortFilm
