watching Wintergatan's Marble Machine X videos always makes me thing about how cool it was if there were have a similar series to build an open source mechanical computer.

gears? rod logic? marbles? all of that? how fast can it go? how well does it miniturize? does reversible logic translate into low friction mechanisms? can it play tetris?

so many questions to explore, and much clicking and clackling along the way. :3
