Is there a way to see the list of hashtags you follow?

I know you can click on an individual hashtag and see if you follow it. But, is there a way to see all of them at once?

Experimenting with lists, created a couple to keep track of people involved in fediverse communities and projects... wound up creating one list called #mastodontists and another called #hachydermatologists.
