I've been trialling three different apps for iOS - #Mastodon Official, #Tootle and #Tooot.
I like the customisation options of #Tootle - hashtag lists on the nav bar, colour choices etc. But the #Tootle app does not have an option for adding #AltText to images and has an NSFW option.
#MastodonOfficial loads the quickest and does have the #AltText option but no CW or sensitivity option. But doesn't let you know you've got #Notifications.
#Tooot has the #AltText option and can also be marked as #Sensitive but curated lists have to be set up on the web or other apps.
The web browser allows for #ALT-TEXT and media can be marked as sensitive.

I should note I am highly visual in cognitive processing so rate apps this way.
