Today I tried my hand at homemade fucking bagels, ya’ll. I’ll be damned, they turned out real good! πŸ₯― Parmesan cheese topped and also everything seasoned. I had some #AtTheGates going in the background for inspiration so I’ll thank Tomas for the help.

I made these very american sized cinnamon rolls yesterday. They turned out so beautiful! These were only a single rise. Had I a done double, they would have been MASSIVE! I covered them in a simple cinnamon vanilla icing. Yum πŸ˜‹ I’m happiest in a kitchen, man.
