We live near fields and forest, and our garden is rather wild. Kestrels are almost daily hunting the field near the garden, so there are a lot of mice nearby.
Also in the garden, naturally.
But it is not that often that one can see them clearly. Sometimes they show up under the birdfeeder though, and the last days I saw 2.
The 1st is apparently a field vole of some kind (don't know yet - there is a northern and southern type in dk), the 2nd a bank vole.
