The New York Times says Donald Trump has "agreed" to a FOX "News" debate with Kamala Harris. It is hard to see how this gets to be a matter of agreement.

The candidate who is losing does not get to set terms. Kamala Harris may see some reason to accept this proposition. I hope she does not. She should keep in mind that she is currently winning and she has momentum. Donald Trump and Make America Regressive Again is presently falling behind.
