I made a strategic mistake while running errands by foot: went first to the library and gave the Kids free range to check out books.
Hauling a backpack stuffed to the brim with books did result in moderate shoulder pain. ouch.

It's World Book Day (UK & Ireland)! 🌍📚🤩
For young people brandishing book tokens today, there are some marvellous queer-themed science and nature books out there . . . 🏳️🌈 🦆

I worked from a London library today. In the 4 hours I was there I chatted with a chap that has nowhere to live, “paid it forward” at the cafe and loaned my phone charger to a chap for whom English wasn’t a first language.
Libraries are such important civic spaces. My heart is full. #LoveLibraries

At the LocHal.nl public library space in #Tilburg, the tallest curtains I have ever seen can be used to gracefully cordon off an auditorium space when needed.
We used this during #Turtlestitch10 Fest.
(Zoom in an check out how the tables at the front are made!)
Bagged a #LibraryBingo with @tabisw yesterday at #Newcastle City Library.
Glass fronted with six floor atrium meant it was incredibly light. Chatty (with us) staff and people in using the space even though it was early on a Saturday. #LoveLibraries
