This live letter is really interesting, it's not just for players but employees also. For 5.3 all voice cinematic are already recorded. They have a lot of trouble with that "working from home" because of security and network connections at home for developers, and some have problems like "ok but i don't have room for a PC".

Right now we already know further patches will have 2-3 weeks delay, but right now it seems a month instead.
