Going to make some ghost chili infused pickled eggs this weekend. I figure a 2 week marination outta produce some delicious bombs. Going to “devil” half of them after the soak. Mix the yolk with mayo, dijon mustard, smoked paprika and a guitar pick sized chip of bacon stuck in it.
