i stumble along this road alone
my feet on jagged rocks to moan
but soon i shall gain my home
far far away

alone but not forsaken
this path once already taken
when the foundations of the earth were shaken
long time ago

though blind i can still see
my eyes on him who guideth me
in his presence i at last am free
now and near at hand
