Finally have my Tyranid half of the #leviathan40k boxed set done. The Genestealers I picked up second hand cheap to test paint schemes on. Then I ran across some old Cthulhu heads i I already had for them, and wanted to do them right.

#leviathan40k finally finished the last of my nids combat patrol!! Well, minus the basing... I think this might be some of my best work so far. Put a few new techniques to the test with this one and while it didn't all go perfectly to plan I'm quite pleased with the end result.

The last of my Leviathan tyranids finished and varnished. Working now on completing my #AdeptaSororitas Combat Patrol too, just need to fix the flyers to a base, but I don’t like the plastic spikes that come with them.
Anyway, here’s the “Screamer-Killer”, probably named by his ex-nanny after one too many tantrums.

#hobbystreak d23 - technically I skipped 2 days due to a family vacation, but I feel like this is enough progress to make up for it! These models are so detailed, and most hide the mould lines well, but the psychophage has some gnarly gaps to fill... Nearly done assembling the two combat patrols from #leviathan40k before I move on to painting it all. I really need to figure out some marine head swaps and my terminator color scheme... #warhammer #40k #warhammer40k
