I want a water #LeakDetector that has some simple features. But no one seems to make it.

1) Local alert (buzz) - If my #SmartHome home goes down, the sensor should still be useful
2) Wall power with battery backup - Changing batteries is ridiculous
3) Works via #ZWave - Mesh network + bonding!
