Gegenüber Q1 2025 haben sich dem #KPMD im BKA gemeldete Straftaten in Q3 mit dem Wert #antisemitisch auf 602 halbiert (es kommen aber paar Nachmeldungen). Auch Gewalttaten und Volksverhetzungen sanken drastisch auf 18 bzw. 229.

Die #IHRA-Arbeitsdefinition von #Antisemitismus ist aus juristischer Sicht nicht präzise genug und deshalb bewusst keine rechtliche Vorschrift. Das sah auch der Bundestag so.
