It had been a mercifully long time without remembering that David Davis exists. Sadly, I’ve made the mistake of watching Sunday with Laura #Keunssberg. Now, I’ve had to listen to him suggesting that the victim of a terrorist atrocity is entitled to cause almost infinite harm to innocents in pursuit of the perpetrators. He’s one of those men whose confidence in his own cleverness & sense of moral clarity is wildly out of proportion with the reality. Also, he’s a complete nob. #ukpolitics
