I saw more shows this year than I have since my heady concert going days. (Being an empty nester rocks!) The overall plan to see smaller bands at smaller venues was a success and super enjoyable. Only saw three #goose shows this year, which is an anomaly, but boy did I choose wisely. All Good, MSG and the Mann. Bangers all three. Caught two Factory Fictions and an Elmeg. Took my daughter to her first Goose show at MSG! Began and ended the summer at the Stone Pony. A big shout out to the ladies this year including #karinarykman #hayleyjane #rainamullen and #beccalevan for making this year extra special. Started following a local young jamband in my hood and love supporting them. The best part of it all...so many new peeps and fellow degenerates I now call my friends. My goodness, this thing that Jerry built/created/birthed, this whole scene, is as big and powerful as ever. What a gift.

Just watched #karinarykman perform at Mountain Jam on my phone just now. Saw her play live two weeks ago. She's a superstar. Whatever "it" is. She has "it ". Superstar.
