5 different edibles found within 1m square of grassland. Well, the bramble bud was found along the treeline. The flavour profiles we have here from left to right are; subtly sweet (dandelion), sharp/lemony (Common Sorrel), coconutty (Bramble bud), earthy (Plantain bud), green/leafy (Clover). ☀️❤️

A light forage through the shrub was successful. I added some nettles to this curry and a mango spicey sauce courtesy of a good friend from Trinidad. I didn't find any edible fungi today but I'm thankful all the same for nature's bounty ❤️🌿🙌🏿
