The Janissaries are all just about done, working on bases now, this scheme trench rotted wood always worries me in the early steps, I know it looks good in the end but it takes a while and a lot of paint to come together!

Today's tasks: Test games! We played the last two big scenarios that we hadn't tested yet, "Hill 223" and"Dragon Hunt." Both were solid, balanced, and really unique. We also talked through another five "random" scenarios so that we don't need to get into the campaign and realize there were bad deployment/objective pairings.
Only crafting was putting Green Stuff on two models that needed a wrist connection strengthened and to add a strap for my musician's drum.

We also get some heavy support from the Lion of Jabir, a really cool and interesting model, with a very intimidating presence
The Sultanate Assassin offered an interesting challenge, I tried to meld the Crusade era and WWI eras here for the colour scheme, think it worked
The Jabirean Alchemist was a really cool model to paint, and I really need to take better pictures cause it looks much better in person
Couldn’t sleep so finished some Trench Crusade models starting with the Yüzbaşı Captain to lead the warband
