#invivobiology 🐁 For cardiac puncture (terminal, humane endpoint) I use a P200 pipette to collect the heart blood on the left ventricle, moving the pipette tip very slightly in and out. I know some who use hypodermic needles 💉 but I wasn’t fond of the method.
