#JamesCleverly has been in #Rwanda to sign the treaty on #migrants processing that as yet has no legislative backing the UK (after the #SupremeCourt finding).

Its been quickly assessed by @rozenberg (on substack) & he suggests while building on the previous MOU, there is also a lot carried through, but (of course) as a treaty this now creates real responsibilities under #internatonallaw.

Is it enough to get the whole sorry show on the road?
