For the first time since the 1960s, the pay disparity between US men and women widened over a two-year period. This is data reported in September 2025 for 2022-2024, the most recent span for which full-year data is available.

And International Womens Day has 23 hours this year. I’m not a fan of pay inequality, or time changes.

I wish we could celebrate an #InterationalWomensDay not overshadowed by a devastating war waged by deluded men endorsing toxic masculinity against a regime endorsing a different form of toxic masculinity justified by misguided religious ideas.
