DevijandI grew up hearing those stories from "old" people saying that the weather is making their arthritis worse.
A few years ago I was diagnosed with arthritis myself and this year I'm experiencing the fabled phenomenon myself. Immediately when the weather turned colder my hands got sore.
Today I spent a few hours cleaning up the front yard and now I'm paying the price. Ouch. 😫
