Perhaps better to split the teaching into #history and #philosophy.
The #Church of England in its current form acts like a rather poor live vaccine. Most people either have #immunity, or get a mild case which makes severe cases unlikely.
Occasionally people catch the vaccine severely, or catch another religion. So it could be improved upon.

But children deserve #immunising somehow against the #virulent #memes.
