Can anyone recommend a good short course on improving public speaking or just speaking in work contexts?

I did one about 15 years ago (in real life, then some online follow ups) and I'm convinced my life has benefited hugely from just speaking more effectively.

I'd prefer something short - like a day or three - in real life but online can work.

I'm not based in a city but could travel to London, Bristol, Birmingham etc
