情勢變化越來越快，除了急救、避難與通訊等基礎訓練等，提升個人應變能力也是種自我保護的方式，如果對武器訓練課程有興趣，建議可以參加IDPA的訓練課程，它以防衛為本，在合法且專業教官的指導下，提供安全學習的環境，設備可以先租用，畢竟氣槍跟真鐵還是差很多，但安全觀念是完全一樣的。

這是我今年初參加極光IDPA課程筆記的第一篇

Shot my 10th IDPA match today. Very challenging but great practice. Yeah, it's a game, but my goals are to get some shooting practice in on different courses of fire, shooting while moving, and reloads. Got to do all that today. Still over-aiming, and not trusting myself to take the shot. More dryfire presentation practice is in order!

It appears that I made a false statement just now. Although my 5x5 time of 37.88 would've had made me qualify for CCP (39.27 for NV), I entered in the default SSP division (36.98 for NV). In addition, with 4 points down my total was 41.88 anyway. #idpa
