First working version of i2pgram pushed to github. It is already able to connect to NebulaChat author's Telegram server and successfully fetch the account cloud data from it; I tested this.
The command line for i2pgram is as follows:
./Telegram --dcport=<port> --dchost=<host> --dcpubkey0file=<keyfilename> --dcpubkey1file=<keyfilename>
