I noticed that Hydro Ottawa hasn't notified me that my bill is available for last month. So I logged in, noticed the latest bill amount and due date was on their dashboard, clicked View bill and it showed my *last month's* bill. Good thing I noticed and didn't pay that amount as the new amount was slightly higher so then I'd have to deal with late fees and interest charges thanks to their error. …
