I released RCM 0.1.0! It's a Configuration Management System written in Ruby. It's 99% hand-coded and I thought I make a first release before the AI robots take everything over! There are surely features missing, which will be added later with the help of AI, but for now, it's a "clean cut" and worthwhile sharing
