so is #hubot still the thing to use if you want to whip up a slackbot to enable users to trigger some administrative tasks or are there better options today? Looks like its still maintained (v11.1 recently), i just find it surprising that there still seems to be some activity on something that only recently switched off coffeescript. #devops

Couldn't find a #hubot script package for air quality monitoring for US-based cities, so I wrote one.

@technicalpickles happy to do some #hubot issue queue triage, could do some cleanup there

@joeyguerra the level of investment of maintainers and contributors can have is fascinating!

An interesting reflection for me with #Hubot is that analogy of finding there's a roadmap, and yet the project just stopped ... What _aren't_ we seeing?

If we were in an Indiana Jones movie, and found a map abandoned by previous explorers, great but wouldn't we do well to ask ourselves: What happened to the last team?

@xurizaemon I create a new org and forked the repo. The names are lame :) #hubot

@joeyguerra I think we're in the same boat - invested users with no direct connection, interested in continuing the #hubot project.

I don't know any maintainers (and the absence of maintenance for the last while, for me, means there aren't any. The stage is open for anyone to step forward, Github or otherwise :)

@xurizaemon cool. Yeah, it’s t works for me. Do u happen to know the maintainers? Or are you just interested in keeping #hubot alive?
@joeyguerra hey there, if this place works for chat about #hubot project, I'm over here!
I really really really like #emacs
visible: editing a file, hex color codes as actual colors thanks to rainbow-mode; chatting with my #hubot bot via #xmpp thanks to jabber.el; connected to my #bitlbee server via #irc so I can chat on #facebook - via #erc

hello world this is a toot from #xmpp (xmpp to #hubot to #bash and #curl to #pleroma to fedi). Whoohoo!
