I've been loving the new Home Is Where album The Whaler. I described it to my partner as "queer Modest Mouse vibes." For me, this album feels very cathartic. It's angry, and hopeless, and sad, but still seems to find joy.

I saw them live a few years ago when they opened for Glass Beach. I'll never forget the feeling of queer camaraderie between me/the crowd/the musicians. 🥲🏳️‍⚧️
