The Wyoming Bureau of Land Management (#BLM) is in the process of revising the Rock Springs Resource Management Plan (#RMP), which sets the long-term land use policy for 3.6 million acres of #PublicLands in #Wyoming 's #RedDesert region. This area includes five wild horse Herd Management Areas (#HMAs) – #SaltWellsCreek, #DivideBasin, #AdobeTown, #WhiteMountain and #LittleColorado.
