CaoimheánFound this at an EXTREMELY cool wine and beer shop that has an insane import selection. The logo design is killer and it's brewed with barley, red rice and sake yeast.
Really interesting nose to this one and I think the sake yeast comes through quite a bit. The flavor is like a very mildly fruited ale and it's very well balanced - the nose has some astringency to it that isn't there at all in the taste, which is great.
SUPER interesting beer. I wasn't sure at the first sip but I'd definitely grab this again.
