I visited Hinch Distillery #hinchdistillery in the fall of 2022 on a business trip to #Catagen, my Belfast, Northern Ireland client. We had a tour of the distillery, followed by a nice tasting menu (including Irish whiskey, of course).

Hinch also makes a nice Irish Gin!
