#LizardReport
Oh, so much to report!
Since I've been back the last few days, I haven't seen the big light-colored spiny lizard. Bill and Cutie have been mostly in the backyard, but Bill found a new babe who just showed up on the front wall.

I'm calling her Stubby for now, since she's just starting to regrow her missing tail. She was taking mealworms from my hand after about 6 of them, so tamed up very quickly.

The big news is the my big iguana buddy just woke up from hibernation and immediately remembered me. I saw her on the wall and was able to whistle a few times and walk right up. She crawled up on my hand even.

It was 20 minutes of pure squee!!!! I love that lizard 😍

As I was feeding her, Bill showed up, so I gave him some worms too.

I saw a large-ish zebra-tailed lizard a couple days ago, but was leaving and didn't have time to either tame it or see if it was the one from last year. They're skittish. Still no whiptails in the yard.

And here is Betty the Sonoran Desert Toad in slow motion.

Betty the Sonoran Desert Toad came up on the porch tonight, so it was a great opportunity to get her used to hand feeding.

I'm whistling because I'm going to see if I can whistle train her and the lizards. Lizards don't seem to have really taken to it yet, but it's a fun experiment.
