Good Morning #Canada
Today is National Weigh In Day, likely created by fitness companies to shame us into gym memberships. I participated, in the name of science, and used an online thingy to determine I'm 6.8 kg overweight (sounds better in metric). Apparently I'm in good company as it's estimated that 30% of Canadians are also carrying a few extra kilos, ranking us 20th worldwide. If you want to feel better, the USA is about 20% fatter.
