In a culture of widespread enshittification it's important to notice when things are done well. I made a CS ticket about product compatibility. The rep answered the next morning with correct/useful/respectful information and off-handedly tagged this at the end:
> I just tried it on a [reloading] press in the lobby.
The rep knows it's a good solution because *they just tested it themselves*. This empowers the rep and inspires customer confidence. The customer can tell when you are turning the item over in your hands, looking at it, thinking about your question & solutions .
