I fully support the RAC board's decision and wrote to the president and others and said so. Too many in the US either don't know what their duly-elected tyrant is doing or think it's a joke. Threatening your neighbors is not a joke.

At its meeting on March 27, 2025, the Board of Directors of Radio Amateurs of Canada voted unanimously to cancel RAC’s plans to operate a booth at Hamvention (Dayton) in Xenia, Ohio in May. My antenna did not come with any sort of adapter. I did buy one via eBay & it was about the same price as the antenna (~C$20). No extra tax/duty/etc this time either. Both pieces were direct to 🇨🇦 from 🇨🇳.
Amazon was about a week for the whip. The adapter came today after 12 days.
The adapter has M10 threads on both ends of the red cylinder; each end goes to a different part of the SO-239 socket. They are not marked that I can see but the DMM made short work of it.
