@hydrian @shollyethan Well, it's not exactly dying. Yes, the popular #irc networks of the 90s have lost a lot of users when social media became popular in the mid-2000s, but numbers have been somewhat stable since the beginning of the decade. Most still have ~10k users, #liberachat has 30k. There are also many other newer networks which are very active and still growing, #hackint is an example (crossed the 10k mark in 2024, still gaining more users).

Ich bastel die nächsten Stunden an einem Proxy für unseren Firmware-Autoupdater-Bereich.

Im Zuge dessen kann es zu temporären Ausfällen in der Bereitstellung der Images kommen.

I wonder if #ArchiveTeam will federate on to Matrix?

#HackInt seems to support it but only on a channel by channel basis.
