La Porsche 911 GT3? Già da qualche anno la più “pistaiola” delle 911 si può avere in variante Touring, senza la vistosa ala posteriore fissa e dalle scelte cromatiche più morigerate. Ora, però, arriva la nuova S/C, la prima GT3 con carrozzeria cabriolet di serie, con un prezzo di listino fissato a 280.000 euro.
Il protagonista assoluto di questa nuova proposta resta il celebre propulsore a sei cilindri boxer aspirato da 4 litri, un’opera d’arte ingegneristica capace di erogare 510 cavalli e di spingersi fino all’incredibile regime di 9.000 giri al minuto. In questa specifica configurazione S/C, la vettura è disponibile esclusivamente con il cambio manuale. Le prestazioni sono speculari alla variante Touring, garantendo alla GT3 S/C uno scatto da 0 a 100 km/h in soli 3,9 secondi e una velocità massima che tocca i 313 km/h.
L’incremento di peso rispetto alla variante Touring è contenuto in soli 35 chili, fermando l’ago della bilancia a 1.497 kg totali. Gran parte di questo straordinario risultato è merito dell’ampio uso di componenti in fibra di carbonio per le portiere e i parafanghi anteriori, oltre all’adozione di cerchi in magnesio che garantiscono un risparmio di 9 kg. Dal raffinato pacchetto tecnico della esclusiva 911 S/T derivano inoltre le barre antirollio e il rinforzo del retrotreno in carbonio.
All’interno della vettura l’ambiente riflette la sportività del modello con una configurazione a due posti secchi, senza alcuna possibilità di alloggiare sedili posteriori. L’abitacolo introduce nuovi sedili a guscio dotati di airbag per il torace integrati, mentre la strumentazione digitale è stata aggiornata con una grafica specifica che permette di ruotare il contagiri verso sinistra per posizionare la linea rossa dei 9.000 giri verticalmente a ore dodici. La capote in tela a comando elettrico si apre in 12 secondi fino a una velocità di 50 km/h.

The Porsche 911 GT3? For several years, this has been the most “track-focused” 911, and now it’s available in Touring specification, without the prominent fixed rear wing and with more subdued color choices. However, the new S/C is here – the first GT3 with a convertible bodywork option from the factory, priced at €280,000.
The undisputed star of this new offering remains the famous 4-liter naturally aspirated six-cylinder boxer engine, an engineering masterpiece capable of producing 510 horsepower and reaching an incredible 9,000 rpm. In this S/C configuration, the car is exclusively available with the manual transmission. Performance is mirrored by the Touring variant, guaranteeing the GT3 S/C a 0-100 km/h sprint in just 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 313 km/h.
The weight increase compared to the Touring variant is only 35 kilograms, bringing the total weight to 1,497 kg. Much of this remarkable result is thanks to the extensive use of carbon fiber components for the doors and front fenders, as well as the adoption of magnesium wheels, which save 9 kg. The refined technical package from the exclusive 911 S/T also provides the anti-roll bars and rear carbon fiber reinforcement.
Inside the car, the environment reflects the model’s sporting character with a two-seat configuration, without any possibility of accommodating rear seats. The interior introduces new shell seats with integrated thorax airbags, while the digital instrumentation has been updated with a specific graphics that allows the tachometer to be rotated to the left to position the 9,000 rpm redline vertically at 12 o’clock. The canvas hood, operated electrically, opens in 12 seconds up to 50 km/h.
