Three months into a NextJS project, and it still feels like I’m trying to write code with kiddie gloves on. Like, I can see why it appeals to folk, but it still feels like I’m spending far too much time Googling how to do simple stuff that would otherwise take a line or two of vanilla JS.
(and yes: as with any other platform/framework/etc, the more I use it the more familiar I will get. Or I could, y’know, take the damn gloves off and write proper code…)
