p.s. Sprinkling a bit of dystopia or magical realism on them doesn't do much to improve the flavour.

I enjoy reading about the mundane things happening in your lives, and in return I toot the trivialities of my daily round.

But a lesson I repeatedly fail to take under my belt is that I shouldn't tell you lot when I'm unwell or, in particular, describe my unwellness.

Because every time I do someone - well meaning certainly - will be along to tell me that I should be taking more Vitamin Q, Pangolin Tail Extract or to remember to Hydrate.

Equally, there's sometimes some concerned individual who knows of someone - his brother's nextdoor neighbour's friend - who had exactly the same thing as I've got, but who delayed contacting the doctor by 17 nano-seconds resulting in them having to have their head amputated.

It's not your fault - you mean well, you don't know me or about my 40 years in healthcare - it's me, I'm over sharing.

Ugh I'm getting tired of the endless openings of dessert and novelty drink venues in the CBD. I don’t have a sweet tooth, and I don’t want to spend any disposable income I have on sugary food/liquids.

I suppose these places are popular partly because they're cheap to run and they fit with a cost of living crisis (cheap treats), but god I'm bored with them. Not to mention the endless plastic cups produced for the sugary coffee-based drinks.

I've gone from excited (10 yrs ago) to indifferent to outright pissed.

#RAM prices are freak'n ridiculous right now. Since I build three PCs two months ago the price has increased x4.

Why?
Because #openai and "friends" vacuuming all the hardware, making it unavailable for normal people.

Is it really making our life better?
No.

The #bubble is going to burst.
Sooner is better.
Don't give them your money.
We don't _need_ 99% of the shit they're throwing at us.
