Some random geography thoughts from the #GoGoSquid episode where they compete in Norway:
1) all the Norway scenes up until the finals look like they are shot in Tromso.
2) but the finals and the arguments after are shot in Oslo (pretty sure the scene looking down from the top of a building where they argue is near the Peace Museum).
3) They’ve deliberately blurred the background, but I’m 80% sure when they “drive” through the ciry, it’s actually The Bund in Shanghai.

Mr 9yo has started getting into the KDramas and CDramas we watch, so we’re now rewatching Go Go Squid with him and he’s enthralled 😊
This scene from the #cdrama #GoGoSquid is my favorite. Wu Bai is absolutely cold as ice as he throws Han Shangyan completely under the bus at the New Year arranged date family meeting. 🤣🤣🤣
Wu Bai doesn't actually bald-faced LIE, but he definitely leaves out details and context.
This is the defining scene for Hu Yitian's Wu Bai character that makes me search out anything else Hu Yitian is in.

Jill 🛸I took my mom to the new ramen restaurant in town, and although it is Japanese themed, I thought the music sounded Chinese. (The lyrics have a lot of the "sh" sounds I associate with the Mandarin language, even though I know very little of it.) Then the song changed and it was the theme song to the #cdrama #GoGoSquid so I *knew* it was Chinese. I high-fived the waitress as she is also a Go Go Squid fan. 😁
