The nearly-meaningless nerdy take: Twenty years ago, in the time of Maduro's predecessor Chavez, Venezuela changed its flag from having seven stars to eight. There are complex historical reasons for this, and it wasn't just Chavez's whim. I'm curious if they'll change it back now. I saw a video of Venezuelan people celebrating the end of Maduro's rule, and they waved both seven-star and eight-star flags.
