FBI Agent Johnathan Buma gave a 22 page statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee in July saying that Rudolph Giuliani was used as an asset by Pavel Fuks - Ukrainian oligarch tied to Russian intelligence - and that the probe into Giuliani was thwarted.

a couple struggles up the steps to the observation deck with heavy footsteps, loud huffing, a cold drink with cubes rattling its disposable plastic cup, and a satchel with metal buckles they managed to drag along the railing the whole way up.  upon reaching the top, they pause for a few seconds, then announce loudly "wow, it's so quiet in here!" to those occupied with the view or their book, and then proceed to whisper as loudly as someone would speak when ordering drinks at a rave bar.
